In the factory in Vroomshoop, box springs, mattresses and accessories are made, largely with traditional handicrafts.

At the moment Hilding Anders is building the organization and processes are being optimized to achieve the desired goals. In order to achieve this they are looking for a Finance Manager who can contribute to the growth targets of the company.
Therefore you will be responsible for the financial organisation, its functions and the quality of work. You will also be responsible for that reporting and accounting is done according to an established schedule and in accordance with the Group's Financial Manual and according to Swedish law as well as country law. ü Serving as a business partner and co-visionary to the General Manager and the Plant Manager
ü Member of the Management Team
ü Provide strategic direction and leadership for financials, business planning and strategic planning
ü Budget responsible for the finance department and IT
ü Responsible for the finance department and IT achieve set targets, span of control of Finance & IT (two colleagues)
ü Organize, track and manage finance department and IT
ü Establish procedures and practices to ensure reporting and accounting in accordance with the Group's Financial Manual
ü Weekly KPI`s, monthly, quarterly, year-end closing
ü Forecast and budget, report and analysis
ü Follow up that the company applies the correct pricing to achieve profitability targets
ü Review profitability at customer and product level
ü Report the results of operations to the Group
ü Set targets for the business along with the General Manager and the management team
ü Establish appropriate meeting and communication structure for finance departments and IT
ü Define and report strategic performance measurements and competencies to improve the overall efficiency, effectiveness and strategic positioning of the company
ü Lead the development and operation of an early warning system to spot market (customer, end user, competitor) and operating trends and translate those expected future developments into the implications on the company and its business strategy, including related action plans
ü Lead and direct the effort to re-engineer the financial organisation, organise people and activities and to track and measure process results, simplify complex processes and get more out of fewer resources
ü Demonstrate a broad business perspective as well as articulating a well thought out financial point of view to all key business decisions
ü Bachelor of Science or MSc. in International Economics and Business Administration (Financial degree)
ü More than 8 years’ experience within finance and preferably international group reporting, preferably private equity based
ü Hands-on experience of managing all the elements of working capital
ü Strong functional experience within finance
ü Experience of change management including people, processes and culture
ü Understand the levers to navigate tight financial debt covenant situations
ü Experience of process improvement and able to show evidence of raising standards
ü A successful track record as a Financial Manager of a similar sized business
ü A successful track record in business to retailing and improving profitability
ü A proven track record of delivering operating results and profit
ü Experience and understanding of seasonal fluctuation, campaign driven sales and processes
ü Ideally you have operated in an industry related to durable consumer goods, furniture, kitchens, floors or similar
ü You are a strategic thinker and results-orientated
ü Have strong financial and business analysis skills
ü Can switch between details and overview
ü Have an operational approach
ü Excellent leadership, management organisation and interpersonal skills
ü You are a team builder and a strong, charismatic and socially confident leader
ü Good communicator
ü Can-do attitude and self-motivated
